What is HEIGHT?

HEIGHT is a height growth app designed for teens aged 13–20. It combines a genetic height prediction engine, biometric posture scanning, customized exercise routines (spinal decompression and natural HGH activation), and a gamified growth tracking system to help you maximize your height potential.

Who is HEIGHT for?

HEIGHT is built for users aged 13–20 who want to maximize their remaining growth window before their growth plates close. The app uses science-based training, not supplements or pills.

How do I create an account?

Download the HEIGHT app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create your account and complete your initial height scan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store, not through the HEIGHT app directly.

  • iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > HEIGHT > Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > HEIGHT > Cancel Subscription.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to support@height.fit with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days. Please cancel your subscription first to avoid further charges.

Is HEIGHT a medical app?

No. HEIGHT is a performance optimization system, not a medical device. It uses science-based training methods for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.

How long are the workouts?

HEIGHT protocols are designed to be 15–20 minutes per session. They are built to fit around school and sports schedules. No gym is required.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the app store where you made the purchase. Please contact Apple App Store support or Google Play Store support directly to request a refund. Heightfit, Inc does not process refunds directly.

I’m having technical issues with the app. What should I do?

Please try the following steps first:

  • Make sure you’re running the latest version of the app.
  • Restart the app and your device.
  • Check your internet connection.
