Delete Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your HEIGHT account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, send an email to:

Send your request to

Please include the following in your email:

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
Email Address: The email address associated with your HEIGHT account.
Confirmation: A statement confirming that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Your account profile and login credentials.
Height measurements, growth tracking data, and progress history.
Biometric scan data and photos.
Exercise routines and workout history.
Genetic prediction data and all personalized settings.

Processing Timeline

We will process your account deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Please note that some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance). Such data will be anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.

Cancel Your Subscription First

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged, please cancel your subscription through your device’s app store before requesting account deletion:

iPhone/iPad: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > HEIGHT > Cancel Subscription
Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > HEIGHT > Cancel Subscription
